Background

World Vision International in Vietnam is a Christian relief, development and advocacy humanitarian organization, working to improve the quality of life of people, especially the most vulnerable children.
The Against Child Exploitation (ACE) project, funded by United States Department of Labor, has commenced since 2019 in the Philippines with the view to strengthening the capacity of the Government of Philippines to address the Worst Forms of Child Labor (WFCL) including Online Sexual Exploitation of Children (OSEC), and violations of acceptable conditions of work. Building on fruitful results achieved in the Philippines, the ACE project will be implemented from November 2021 to September 2024 in Vietnam in 06 target districts of 03 target provinces (Điện Biên province, Đà Nẵng city, and Quảng Nam province) toward the expected outcomes as follows:
Outcome 1: Improved enforcement of the legal framework and policies pertaining to the WFCL, including OSEC, and violations of acceptable conditions of work. 
Outcome 2: Improved assistance services for victims of WFCL and / or OSEC. 
Outcome 3: Strengthened partnerships to accelerate progress in addressing the WFCL, including OSEC, and violations of acceptable conditions of work (ACW) 
In Việt Nam, the project will direct technical support and engage with a wide range of government, social partners, civil society and business entities in its implementation to enhance government efforts to counter child labour, to contribute to the national strategy in prevention and reduction of child labour, especially to address WFCL including OSEC. 
Within ACE framework, in order to promote the partnership among relevant stakeholders for the prevention of child labor and WFCL, including OSEC, ACE project is seeking for a service provider to organize technical dialogues and sharing via radio chanel

Purpose of Position

Key Responsibilities

•    Develop programs and content is based on topics that will be discussed and agreed with ACE Project. Expected 5 topics on child labor prevention, cyber safety and prevention of online child sexual exploitation. The expected content is as follows, which can be adjusted and proposed to suit resources and context:
-    Understanding of child labor, laws, policies and state programs on preventing child labor, supporting children who are child labor and children at risk of being child labor;
-    Understanding of cyber safety (including online child sexual exploitation), laws, policies and state programs on preventing online child sexual exploitation, creating a safe and healthy environment for children to interact in cyberspace;
-    Current context and solutions for prevention of child labor and online child sexual exploitation;
-    Inter-sectoral and multi-sectoral coordination and solutions to promote prevention and support children at risks and child labor.
•    Produce and broadcast on a reputable radio channel that can reach a large audience
•    Speakers and experts: ensure diversity of speakers, reflecting multi-dimensional voices on sharing/dialogue; including but not limited to speakers from state agencies, organizations, businesses, parents, teachers, teenagers, students...
•    Format: broadcast on a reputable radio channel that can reach a large audience to raise awareness and call for actions from listeners.
