According to UNICEF's Disrupting Harm in Viet Nam Report (2022), Vietnamese children between the ages of 12 and 17 are frequently the victims of online sexual exploitation and abuse. In light of this, World Vision International in Viet Nam works with relevant agencies, departments, organisations, and schools to promote positive initiatives to protect children online. Specifically, these initiatives focus on promoting children's ownership in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programmes, projects, processes and policies related to child online safety.
