World Vision's early action approach protects more children and communities during natural disasters

“World Vision understands that children are among the most vulnerable in such a climate emergency. We need to prioritize resources and efforts in promoting climate-resilient communities in Viet Nam to protect our children,”. It was a remark by Doseba Tua Sinay, National Director, World Vision International in Việt Nam. 

On the occasion of World Environment Day, let's hear a story from Tuan, a 14-year-old boy in Thanh Hoa province, whose family has been included in World Vision's anticipatory approach, or in other words, forecast-based early action, to understand more on how we can protect vulnerable children and communities from disaster risks.
